    Help Needed!

    Coordinators are needed for the following events. Get more details by sending an inquiry to info@eightpointlake.org.

    Garage Sale Coordinator — timeframe of activity: 2 weeks following the 4th of July. Responsibilities include posting dates to receive donations at Clubhouse, organizing and pricing goods, working with volunteers, ads in paper and signs posted, arrange to donate leftovers with local charity.

    Road Parade Coordinator — timeframe of operation: Saturday afternoon of 4th of July events. Responsibilities: solicit 3-5 judges, create and post entry forms at Bev's Store, obtain permit from the Road Commission, and escorts from fire dept and Sheriff Dept, coordinate with Grand Marshal, ride in lead vehicle, announce winners.
